Summary

Bump to v0.2.17 — hotfix release for the GUI-connect regression (rant 2026-08-09T18:47:37, fixed in #597).

Host pre-authorized hotfix release (rant 13:16:36 "宿主 #16/#18 已授权发布无需等待实机验证" + rant 18:47:37 "完成后按宿主授权直接发布热修版本"). After 3-LGTM merge → tag v0.2.17 → Build Release → publish.
