Accurate 1-line quick-ref entry for #746 (GUI settings panel 6-tab + tasks panel P2+P3): matches my independent review of #746 (settings-dialog→panel with switchSettingsTab whitelist, tasks→panel-tasks via openTasksPanel/loadTaskMeta/renderTaskList, /trigger no-args opens tasks panel, no new i18n keys, GUI 233→234, merge 09b31dc). No Jinja delimiters. CI test in_progress (31678872217) — will confirm.

Verified against my first-hand review/merge of #746 (09b31dc): entry accurately captures settings-dialog→6-tab panel (switchSettingsTab whitelist, cancel=close panel), tasks→#panel-tasks (/trigger no-args opens panel, loadTaskMeta/renderTaskList reuse), nav on-open lazy loading, no new i18n keys, GUI 233→234, merge 09b31dc. No literal Jinja delimiters, doc-only +1 line. CI test + test-windows PASS (31678872217), CLEAN.
