Bump Redis query-cache epoch from GraphWriter after successful pipeline writes (#33). Add Compose decay-worker under the api profile (#36). Formalize V1 closeout (docs/V1_RELEASE.md), fix README/ARCHITECTURE overclaims, and fold Phase 8–10 into the Cortex V2 roadmap.
