Overview
Optional signup_ip and signup_user_agent were added to AdminAuthProviderUserBootstrapRequest in the dashboard API spec and generated types.

Ory dashboard bootstrap now reads the signed signup-metadata cookie and includes those fields on POST /admin/users/bootstrap when present. Cookie decoding was extracted into readOrySignupMetadataCookie; the consume path reuses it and still deletes the cookie. Integration tests cover forwarding metadata to dashboard-api.
