Overview
OIDC admin user bootstrap now accepts optional signup IP and user agent and forwards them into default-team billing provisioning as creator context (social auth), instead of relying on later profile lookups.

Creator context for provisioning prefers bootstrap-supplied metadata when present, normalizes it (no context is sent without a non-empty IP), and metadata resolution for Supabase/Ory now uses only signup_ip and signup_user_agent—dropping generic IP/user-agent fields and the Supabase latest-session fallback. Tests cover the new bootstrap path and stricter metadata rules.
