#145 corrected the template's interrupted-turn test, but it merged as test:, which cuts no release. A fresh app still received the old test from v0.52.2. With milpa/agent 0.50 installed, that app's suite is red (measured on a fresh create-project: testAnInterruptedTurnIsReportedAsADecisionNotAFailure). Release-As: 0.52.3

A fresh app created from v0.52.2 with
milpa/agent0.50 has a red suite: it still ships the old interrupted-turn test that #145 corrected. #145 merged astest:and cut no release. This empty commit carriesRelease-As: 0.52.3so the corrected template reaches new apps.
