CLI/WebDAV disabled on StackSocial lifetime account that had it working — request restoration (as in #384, #403)

Plan: Lifetime 2TB via StackSocial, purchased and activated 26 May 2025 (Internxt invoice INXT38768)

Summary

• At purchase (24–26 May 2025) the StackSocial listing for this plan had no CLI/WebDAV exclusion. The note stating CLI/WebDAV is not included was added to the listing after my purchase. I have a dated screenshot from 24 May 2025.
• CLI and WebDAV worked on this account after activation and were in regular use for months.
• Access was later disabled without any notice.

• 14 Sep 2026: request to restore, with the facts above.
• 17 Sep 2026: templated reply quoting the current (post-edit) listing; escalation requested.
• 19 Sep 2026: "final decision" by product team; only offer is a coupon for a new Ultimate purchase (~EUR 400).
• 19 Sep 2026: I proposed a paid upgrade at EUR 150 as a settlement.
• 22 Sep 2026: counter-proposal not answered; support confirmed the coupon is 3 pp better than the public 87% discount.

At no point were the facts above disputed.

This is the same situation as #384 and #403, where CLI access was restored on a per-account basis. I am requesting the same for the account above. Happy to provide the listing screenshot and any details needed.
