3-agent review (ICP-E fit, SEO gaps, schedule pacing) identified:
- 5 Rails posts scored 1/5 ICP-E relevance
- 4 ICP-E pain points had zero posts (#3 transparency, #5 comms,
  #6 SLA, #7 code ownership)
- #19 overlapped #5, #18 expired, #21 speculative, #14 cannibalized

Dropped 4 low-ICP posts. Added 4 founder pain-gap replacements:
- Weekly Dev Report Template (Pain #3, 44/50)
- Dev Shop Contract: Code Ownership (Pain #7, 43/50)
- How to Switch Dev Shops (transition, 42/50)
- SLA Requirements Checklist (Pain #6, 41/50)

Shifted ratio from 7:7:7 to 10:5:6 (Founders:Rails:AI).
Swapped #9/#11 dates for Torvalds trend proximity.
Published #5 (47 Startups) - trend decay risk from sitting in draft.

News-pegged to April 14, 2026 Linux kernel `Assisted-by:` rule. Founder-
targeted essay on the contract gap between AI-generated code and human
accountability, with five contract clauses + weekend self-audit + DCO
explainer. Full team-mode pipeline: writer agent (patio11 cadence) → 3
review rounds × 3 personas in parallel (founder/SEO-slop/editor → senior
dev/copywriter/AI detector → DevOps/conversion/tired reader) → cold-eyes
Agent 4 9-check gate PUBLISH-READY. ~35 sentence-level fixes applied.

SEO: title 28 chars, description 155 chars, 4 internal links inline
(vibe-coding-crisis, pocketos, fire-dev-shop, hiring-dev-shop), 5
external citations (Hackaday, Veracode, Stanford AI Index, Security
Boulevard, TechCrunch). Primary keyword "ai code ownership responsibility"
in P1. Cover: Apr-14 dated commit-document SVG with HUMAN SIGNS seal.
Build green: 661 pages, zero errors.

20.10 predicted on 2026-08-07 that the coverage gaps live in "the layers the
suite treats as rendered output" and that "two mechanisms produce false
greens". A week of claims work confirmed both with live defects, so §3b records
the evidence and three new entries.

P0-4: the marketing ratchet reads SOURCE. All three late defects were invisible
to it and were found by looking at the built page - a false review count in an
unglobbed partial, "Take You to the Next Level" in the careers h1 wrapped
across two lines, and a nested <main> that only exists after compose. Fix is to
add a rendered-output pass; it closes the class rather than three instances.

P0-5: line-by-line matching cannot see wrapped prose, and the scrub helper
compounded it by deleting words glued to closing tags. Strip template
expressions and HTML tags before path tokens.

P0-6: testimonial_shortcode_test asserted the literal h1 copy that
marketing_copy_test bans. Two gates disagreed about one string and the ratchet
lost silently. Assert shape, not marketing copy.

Ranked open list follows, led by the rendered-output change and the claims
audit. The number worth remembering: 4 of 8 published figures checked this
cycle were wrong (reviewCount 32 -> 9, foundingYear 2011 -> 2008, a hardcoded
13+, a 15+), so the four still unverified - 95% retention, 92% success rate,
40+ rescues, 32 clients served - should be assumed suspect until checked.

seo-review §6 gains actions #10 (verify those four) and #11 (rendered-output
ratchet). .okf/log.md records the rule.

Docs only. /okf:validate conformant; hugo-build 8/8.
