3-agent review (ICP-E fit, SEO gaps, schedule pacing) identified:
- 5 Rails posts scored 1/5 ICP-E relevance
- 4 ICP-E pain points had zero posts (#3 transparency, #5 comms,
  #6 SLA, #7 code ownership)
- #19 overlapped #5, #18 expired, #21 speculative, #14 cannibalized

Dropped 4 low-ICP posts. Added 4 founder pain-gap replacements:
- Weekly Dev Report Template (Pain #3, 44/50)
- Dev Shop Contract: Code Ownership (Pain #7, 43/50)
- How to Switch Dev Shops (transition, 42/50)
- SLA Requirements Checklist (Pain #6, 41/50)

Shifted ratio from 7:7:7 to 10:5:6 (Founders:Rails:AI).
Swapped #9/#11 dates for Torvalds trend proximity.
Published #5 (47 Startups) - trend decay risk from sitting in draft.

The fresh-session entry point was frozen at 07-22 — it predated the
runner/monitor prompts, pipeline ledger, board cards #19-#26, and the
approval-gated browser-agent flow. Now routes: backlog State snapshot +
live board + the two prompts; names #14 as the zero-Paul-input card.

impeccable (init -> document -> shape, Persuade mode) as the design
engine for conversion/marketing pages, with hugo/copywriting, the
frontend-design second opinion, impeccable-live browser iteration,
ponytail discipline, devtools/webperf/verify gates, and the
critique/audit + ponytail-review pre-PR pass. Stitch-MCP screen-gen
timeout trap documented. OKF log synced; board card #14 carries the
same stack (first actual write — an earlier session note overclaimed).

Confirmed with Paul 2026-07-26: primary user = Alex (ICP-E burned
founder); #1 success event = booked Rescue Context Calls; evidence
policy = sourced numbers only (4.8/32, 5-yr, 95%, since 2011, 8+yr
devs) + real VoC quotes; no own rescue case study exists yet — must
not be implied. Binding brand commitments: JetVelocity (.stitch/
design.md), voice guide, pricing canon. Product principles + a11y
posture recorded. Card #14 expanded into a full execution runbook
(tools, sequence, verification gates, ship rules).

* feat(landing): Vibe Code Rescue page — JetVelocity obsidian surface

New /services/vibe-code-rescue/ conversion page (card #14). Copy
verbatim from rescue-sprint/offer-one-pager.md: hero symptom headline,
Is-this-you checklist, 3 verbatim VoC pull-quotes (anonymized), free
45-min call + 48h scorecard, 3 confirmed tiers ($2,500/$7,500/$10,000),
approved proof block only (4.8/5x32, 5-yr, since 2011), single NeetoCal
CTA, read-only data-handling note.

Design: The Obsidian Engine per DESIGN.md — obsidian gradient field,
48px grid-dot texture, one ruby->purple gradient phrase (One-Gradient-
Word Rule), stat chips, mono status, Space Grotesk display. JetVelocity
brand tokens EXTRACTED to foundations/css-variables.css (:root) so
site chrome over dark surfaces resolves them; page-local chrome dark
variant for header (bundle ships only on this page). DESIGN.md
typography ramp extended + ruby-hover/status-green documented; sidecar
synced.

Wiring per new-page.md: bundle slice + unique bundleName, /^vcr-/
purge greedy prefix, qtest map entry, desktop+mobile behavior tests
with baselines, css-bundle-ownership-map row.

Gates so far: qtest green (2 runs, 0 failures, snap_diff clean),
zero console errors, zero non-200 requests, visual scroll walk clean
at 1280x800 + 390x844. Design detector: 1 intentional finding
(gradient hero phrase — committed world, pending Paul sign-off).

* fix(landing): restore dark links inside the white mobile drawer

The mobile menu (.navigation.-open) slides in a WHITE panel; the page's
dark-chrome override painted its links #dfe2eb-on-white (illegible).
Scoped restore to var(--color-dark) inside the open drawer. Caught by
driving the menu-open state at 390x844 — closed-state screenshots
cannot see it.

* docs: dark-page traps from the vibe-code-rescue build + OKF sync

Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* docs: new-page §8 revised — impeccable spine + repo extensions

Restructured from a flat skill table into the pipeline as it actually
ran on vibe-code-rescue: 8a the impeccable lifecycle (init/document/
shape/build/live/extract/critique) with the detector-disposition
protocol (fix-both-sides for drift; Paul-confirmed pinning for
committed-world signatures), 8b the repo extensions (hugo scaffold,
verbatim copy, ponytail, chrome-devtools with drive-interactive-states
rule, qtest-first feedback, webperf, review, one-PR ship).

* refactor(landing): design rework per Paul's review + cascade/font fixes

Paul confirmed the hero + gradient (keeping One-Gradient-Word) and
licensed rework of the rest:
- Stat chips: 3px left-tab -> 1px accent-tinted full border (kills the
  side-tab tell, keeps the ruby/purple/cyan color-coding).
- Pull-quotes: side border -> oversized purple typographic quote mark.
- Tiers: prices unified to ruby-light (contrast), featured card gets a
  ruby-tinted wash on top of its ruby border.
- Hero clearance: header is position:absolute over the hero — and the
  hero's own padding NEVER applied (.vcr-page section out-specified
  .vcr-hero); fixed with .vcr-page .vcr-hero + 104/152px top padding.
- Font jump on load: metrics-matched local fallback (size-adjust/
  ascent-override on Arial) so the Space Grotesk swap no longer shifts
  layout.

macOS baselines regenerated intentionally (FORCE_SCREENSHOT_UPDATE).

* chore(design): resolve final detector findings + persist confirmed exceptions

Both-sides fixes: quote glyph 44px -> 2.3em (decorative, scales with
text, off the ramp); 'Space Grotesk Fallback' documented in DESIGN.md
display chain. Paul-confirmed exceptions persisted in
.impeccable/config.json: Space Grotesk (brand face, shared),
gradient-text + grid-background (file-scoped to this page — 'I like
the gradient at the top', 2026-07-26). Detector now exits clean.

* refactor(landing): typography readability pass (option B) + review fixes

Paul-approved option B:
- body-dark 17px/1.65 (light-on-dark reads optically smaller); lede 19px
- long paragraphs (lede, Step 1, Why) split at sentence boundaries —
  words verbatim, rhythm changed; deliverable phrases bolded in Step 1
- H1 clamp tightened 3.1rem -> 2.6rem: lede + CTA + proof chips now sit
  above the 1280x800 fold
- 'Good for' tier lines promoted from muted to on-dark

Reviewer fixes: dead vcr-chip-ruby class removed; duplicate background
declaration dropped; eyebrow ruby -> ruby-light (#ff8a7a, was ~3.8:1 at
13px, below AA); VoC source comment added above quotes (verbatim lines
from voice-of-customer.md per PRODUCT.md evidence policy).

DESIGN.md ramp synced (display clamp, lede 19px, body-dark entry).
Detector clean (exit 0). macOS baselines regenerated intentionally.
