Correct the obsolete v1.6.19 / engine PR #45 baseline in ENGINE_COMPATIBILITY.md. Document the published v1.6.40 application source and immutable ARIEC61850 #135 commit, link the merged sanitized installed-release physical verification, and distinguish the historical P0-5g switch from the tracked production Smart Discovery route. Documentation only: no engine lock, application code, release metadata or public binary changes.
