• state the current Authenticode status honestly: public binaries are unsigned and SmartScreen warnings are possible

• generate website and future GitHub Release notes from reviewed release metadata

The current stable metadata is ARSAS 1.6.17, originally published 18 July 2026. Installer and Portable size/SHA-256 values come from the independently recorded release-evidence branch, not hand-written marketing copy.
