ARIEC61850 now supports the full signed Integer32 range for FileOpen
frsmIDand echoes negative handles unchanged in FileRead/FileClose. ARSAS now routes fault-record bundles through that interoperable transfer path while retaining the existing dedicated-session lifecycle, byte limits, cancellation, progress reporting, temporary-file cleanup and detailed diagnostics.This remains file-type agnostic at the transport layer. COMTRADE grouping only determines which related remote files are selected together.
