I think we should use a more generic endpoint like /notifications/mention as reasoned in opencloud-eu/opencloud#3128 (comment) The payload determines who is mentioned and what about. In the future we can add mentions for calendars or other things. |

POST /v1beta1/extensions/org.libregraph/notifications/mention lets a user mention others on a driveItem. Every mentioned user who has access to the item receives a notification.
