chore(dsh): record verified npm 1.0.29 release

将源码版本记录为已经发布并核验的 beauticode-dsh@1.0.29，保存 #86 / #87 的领域边界决策、精确发布覆盖补丁、逐文件摘要、registry 核验和 Desktop 验收证据，并补充浏览器回归运行说明。

发布包基于精确 npm 1.0.28 tarball，仅叠加两个修复、README 和版本号，保留其余 45 个文件与全部权限。远程重新下载的 tarball 与实测 tarball 的 SHA-1 / SHA-512 完全一致，49 个文件齐全，latest 指向 1.0.29。本地官方 Desktop 已安装正式版本，49 个文件摘要匹配。

验证：

• 精确发布覆盖包：浏览器、全屏与可读性共 12 项通过，无失败或跳过。
• 最终源码树：npm test 398 项中 397 项通过，1 项既有 Task Scheduler 现场测试跳过；3 项真实 Edge 浏览器测试实际执行。
• npm run typecheck 通过。
• Desktop 0.2.0-rc.2：实际 CSS 与包内 CSS 一致，已完成长思考连续 180 帧高度稳定，无隐藏帧；深浅色滑块与归零生效。

未做新流式请求或长期压力测试。正式包安装后执行重启，但用户停止了界面操作，因此没有记录重启后的窗口验收。

依赖独立修复 PR #88 和 #89。无数据迁移；可安装 1.0.28 回滚，但会恢复两个已知问题。

GitHub CI 已完成，但未全绿：Linux 安装 Windows 专用 workspace 报 EBADPLATFORM；Windows 的快捷方式现场测试失败。这些故障同样出现在未改动的 main 基线 CI run 37138973708，本次未改动对应代码。本地完整测试和类型检查通过，独立审查无阻塞项。
