Add catalog coercions evidenced by reference optimizeForSize substitutions

Goal

Add the positional catalog coercions for literal substitutions that the pinned OverPy reference writes under optimizeForSize, starting with the createDummyBot gap found by the opy-rs builtin probe.

Context

The opy-rs probe (wrightkit/opy-rs#370, gap catalog-missing-coercion) reports that the optimizeForSize spelling the reference writes into Create Dummy Bot fails canonical validation because the catalog gives that parameter no False/True coercion. Under ADR-0014 a deliberate upstream substitution is acceptance evidence for that parameter only.

Scope

• Reproduce the failing case from the probe and identify the parameter and substitution.
• Add the positional paramCoercions fact with its source citation (observed reference output, not a copied upstream table).
• Regression at a valid structural context for the accepted substitution.

Non-goals

• Generalizing a substitution to parameters the reference does not substitute (ADR-0011).
• A bulk import of upstream replacement metadata.

Acceptance criteria

• The probe's createDummyBot case passes canonical validation and round-trips through emission.
• The coercion carries a source citation and a regression.
• workshop-catalog-gen check passes.
