If my assumption in #393 is correct the prerelease functionality is obsolete as the JSON API returns all available Xcode versions including Betas.
If this is still needed it would be helpful to update the stubs because I suspect them to be out of date by a lot (created when Xcode 6.1 Beta was a thing).
